Options for Pulling In a Six-Figure Salary

Jeanne Sahadi introducers her readers to some interesting career options if you want to nab that six-figure salary. First off is a general manager of a casino. There is a ton of money in Vegas (or Atlantic City, or even Connecticut) as long as you’re on the right side of the card table. Don’t gamble it all away.

Second on the author’s list today is Chief Security Officer. Security is going to continue being a very big industry in this country. Her last option in the article is to be a medical writer in the pharmaceutical industry. I thought this was supposed to be an article about interesting occupations.

Back in the real world, most people haven’t seen raises in the corporate jobs in quite a while, thanks to rising health care costs and other excuses.
