Busy Week and Forgotten Lunches

It’s been a busy week in the life of Flexo, and I didn’t get to write as much as I would like. My work week was full of meetings and training sessions, so rather than filling up my free time at work with searching for hours, I had to use that time for work instead.

Out of four work days, one day I forgot to bring my lunch in and another day I forgot to freeze the ice pack the night before, so my batting average is .500. I’ll shoot for better next week. Bringing my lunch into the office is going to be the key to my saving about $30 each week, but I have to build up my discipline.

Some folks take two or three lunches on one day, that way they don’t leave it behind at home. I often forget my lunch once it’s made. Try freezing one or two of the meals and thawing them out at work.

Now your post is making me feel guilty like I should start taking lunches to work again…
