RIAA Sues Farmers’ Market

My friend Doobie pointed this out: A judge has ruled that a southern New Jersey flea market will be held liable for pirated CD sales. The Recording Industry Association of America is seeking damages between $500,000 and $125 million. Doob talks about the effect this could have on the town and on people like his dad who visit the flea market in search of good deals.
