Several Banks Increase Their Savings Rates

In the last few weeks, several banks increased the interest offered on their savings accounts. On Friday, I updated the chart. Feel free to let me know if you hear of any updates before I get to them.

There were increases to CitiBank, GMAC, Emigrant Direct, and Capital One.
