Tropical Storm Alberto: Possible First Hurricane

As of yesterday, it looked like Tropical Storm Alberto wouldn’t pose much of a threat this week, but now the weather services believe the storm will become a hurricane. In some form, the storm will reach my area by the end of the work week. This may be a good time to revisit suggestions for dealing with hurricanes.
