When Andy Kaufman was getting tired of all the attention he was getting (and was suffering from cancer), he had his friend Bob Zmuda start replacing him for some of his appearances. People really didn’t know the difference as Andy’s main character at the time was Tony Clifton. Both Andy and Bob could wear the Tony Clifton suit and apply the Tony Clifton make-up. Not only did very few people realize that Tony Clifton was not a real identity, those who knew he was Andy’s creation didn’t know that Andy wasn’t always the one playing him.
Wouldn’t it be great if I could hire a few people to “be me” so I could appear to get more things done and more projects finished? I could retire and watch my identity live on.

I think it’s harder to do with a blog, but isn’t it what happens when you hire others to help you out with a company. Granted, they aren’t “you” in this case, but they represent you (or your company)
