I once canceled a newsletter that I didn't ask for but in the process of canceling I didn't ask for a refund so they were going to keep the money. When I called back they explained that I didn't ask for a refund but if I wanted a refund I had to ask for one. They were right, I had to say "I would like a refund" and after two more calls and a month that passed by I got my refund. I'm so bad, it was only $5.95 and they thought they should keep it. I did it right though, when the money was supposed to be refunded and it wasn't I called the next day to let them know I didn't get it yet (lol). Is the direction that are going in the future?
