Weekly Blog Roundup: This Week’s Good Articles

Here are a few articles from my buddies at the MoneyBlogNetwork and beyond from the past week.

AllFinancialMatters says fixed rate mortgages back in style, according to a Tampa Bay Online article.

Blueprint for Financial Prsoperity advises us not to be afraid of investing.

Five Cent Nickel has three easy steps for protecting your privacy.

Free Money Finance quotes Money Magazine with a piece about saving money on prescriptions by buying generic brand drugs.

Mighty Bargain Hunter can pay his local government taxes online.

Generation X Finance believes a losing investment isn’t always a bad thing. Personally, I’d like to keep prices down in these years I’m buying into the market.

The Frugal Duchess taps the celebrities to find part time lessons from Demi, Bruce, and Ashton.

Get Rich Slowly is looking for guest articles. I might submit another as a previous article of mine was successful there.

By the way, I’ve started a part-time blog to keep track of my websites and to write about blogging. I’m not of fan of articles that break the fourth wall and write about the blogging process or their AdSense adventures, so I’ve decided to keep this type of writing on a separate website. You can visit it at Meta Best Blog Win. I’ll only write there occasionally, so subscribe to the RSS feed to stay updated.

Heh. I just posted an entry that “breaks the fourth wall” today. I’m not a fan of them, either, and considered putting this on my personal site, but I get so many questions at GRS, that I chose to post it there. I’ll admit to a bit of apprehension about doing so, though.
