* My Two Dollars writes about The Art of the Complaint and how to get what you paid for. “I refuse to lose when I am paying for something. Whatever it may be that I am spending my hard earned money on, I refuse to suffer unhappiness due to a bad experience.”
* The Digerati Life returned, exchanged, and bought. “I’ve been more courageous about After Christmas sales because somehow it lacks that sense of urgency and desperation I feel in the air, right before the holidays, from the collective vibe of determined shoppers breaking through the shopping districts.” The site has seven tips for avoiding problems returning items.
* MyOpinionOnEverything shares an opinion on Dell. I recently bought a top-of-the-line notebook computer (not XPS) from Dell, and I’ve been nothing but happy with the purchase. Dell is smart in that they offer cheap products for those who want cheap products and more expensive high-end components for those who would rather have a working computer. I haven’t had to deal with their fabled customer support, but I’m not too concerned that I will ever have to do so.
