Why is it that when the stock market goes onsale, few are willing to buy? This opportunity is great for long-term investors to buy at sale prices and getting better with every point drop.

I did the exact same thing. I went on a vacation to Colorado about 3 weeks ago. When I left the market was still climbing day by day. I didn’t check my portfolio the entire time I was there. Needless to say, when I got home, I was less than pleased.

It hurts to watch $$$ disappear these last few weeks, but I just keep telling myself that as long as I spend less than I earn (after taxes) then my daily life will not be affected.
