		<description>I&#039;m so glad you posted, Barb.  I agree with you 100 percent that it is meaningful to tenants when the landlord can come out and assist in an emergency.  If during a heavy rainstorm water starts dripping through the window, we&#039;re there to fix it, and it has helped us to keep great tenants in place year after year.  

I&#039;m happy to hear you&#039;re having a good landlord experience.</description>

The plumbing in my apartment recently went kablooey, and my landlord showed up within a half hour to figure out what was up--on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Even though I have some other issues with the apartment, that kind of treatment makes me want to stay there.</description>
