		<description>Interesting article.  BTW, a great alternative to the SEP for self-employed individuals is the UNI, or SOLO 401K.  While a SEP can only match on the employer side a max of 25%, the UNI-K allows you to contribute the employee and the employer pieces, allowing you to put much more away, especially at lower earnings levels.
