don't get discouraged if this plan for 6 weeks doesn't work, ...

I've tried my own plan, that was far more intense than this, and I got plenty of rest, sleep and healthy food. I could not get past 88 push-ups. I worked for months. I'm back down to 64 push ups and it seems according to this chart and challenge, I should be able to reach 100 in 1 week.

To be bluntly honest, this program seems like total crap to me. Maybe I am missing something though...

on the bright side, doing push-ups, imo is the best exercise there is, and made a vast difference in my looks and energy, but you know, I had my heart set on that magic number!

I'm giving this a shot as well. I've been reading about J.D., Jim, Five Cent Nickel, etc. and it seems like so many people are getting into it.

Looks like we are on the same schedule since I completed day 2 today myself. If we can do 100 pushups in 6 weeks, it might not be getting fit that slowly.
