They usually are comparable as far as gas pricing. The exxon station on 33 -- now there is the rip off --always significantly more money for gas and also the valero on 571 westbound side in west windsor.

Regarding the Hess Station in East Windsor on Rt 33, there prices have been the same as the shell station across the street for quite some time, what there violation is — I dont know. But if there's an official source that says that 50% of the violation notices given by the state were due to "pumping too much gas" I'd like to see it. I'm sure some were, but certainly not 50% of all violations. In fact, here's an interactive map of all the violation details for each station.

It’s quite apparent that some violations are worse than others. And as well, the Only one plus (89 octane) pump was dispensing an ounce less then stated, which turns out they were ripping you off by less than a half of a cent per gallon. So stop being asssholes, and so you know 50% of the other stations in violation, were pumping too much gas into peoples tanks. (Which to the DW&M Department of Weights and Measures is still a violation).

Just so you people know, the Getty #56250 Was found to be in such a small violation, the station and the Getty company were only fined $100.00 Dollars total.
