As far as the problem you had with the application's unspecified correction, I can't help you there. Their customer support is usually good, so a phone call could have problably helped you out. I tried once before to open an ING account, and it kept coming back needing some unspecified correction. I've wasted enough time with ING and will look elsewhere.
