It's 2009 and we have been waiting over a month for them to process a withdrawal!!! We are watching th balance decrease with the market daily. Just please point me in the direction to file a complaint for bad business practices against these people. In the future we'll avoid TIAA CREF when possible. This is just unbelievable!!! My employer said they were. Next they said it was a computer issue and the transfer was put on high priority then I got another letter saying the other company was not approved. So i called them again. Suprise surprise same computer issue even though they can tell it should be transfered when they have a human look at it. So I continue to lose money in the stock market even though this paperwork was submitted over 2 months ago. I thought they had to act in a reasonable amount of time. My employer has gotten involved in this twice now and still nothing. My advice stay away from TIAA CREF! I just experienced this!!!! My employer uses there service so now my funds are there.. I had a rollover that has YET to post to my account for ME to see but they say they see it in their system.. their CR reps are DORKS OMG.. I just experienced this!!!!
