		<description>It is so important to support those of us in charity or non-profit fields, especially during economic downturns. At my organization, I have seen the effects of lowered donations this year, and it is sad to see that the direct impact will be on making those who are even less fortunate have less.

		<description>I just tallied mine up yesterday and doubled my goal for the year so I feel pretty good.  I also donate a good bit of time at various volunteer organizations.  Not I&#039;ll have to set the bar higher for next year!</description>

The percentage has stayed similar to last year but as my pay has increased significantly, so has the dollar amount of my giving.</description>
