People were getting blown out left and right in the financial services industry. Congrats on becoming an "exempt" employee.Anything at this point is better than anything.

Flexo, you wrote this at the height of the financial crisis. Looking at your past posts and seeing your site come up in a few searches, I assume all your articles on the stimulus and tax credits provided that extra traffic boost. I know that's what did it for me, and resulted in me enjoying a 600% jump is $$ and subscribers. Off course this is off a much smaller base than yours but it was nice. Like you said though, this is probably a temp spike which will go away in a few months as the news becomes old.

Great details. 22K, is an almost 100% jump so must have been a nice feeling. As far as sources of income for the "Other Earned Income" line, it's one big source and a low number of smaller sources... perhaps four.

I’m being very careful this year to be putting a good proportion of the business income into a separate account earmarked for taxes. I know you're smart enough to stash a good chunk of it away for taxes. Can you say how many different sources of income you have for your websites or is that a little too personal.

Wow, you had a fantastic february, fluke or no fluke you made bank.
