For a limited time, Chase is offering a $200 cash back bonus for new holders of the Chase Freedom® MasterCard – $200 Bonus Cash Back. All cardholders can earn $200 cash back in the form of a statement credit after spending $500 on the card within the first three months. The card carries no annual fee and offers a popular cash-back rewards program.

There is a cash back bonus that goes as high as 5% in spending categories that rotate every three months. After the $1,500 quarterly spending limit, and on all other purchases, you’ll receive the basic 1% cash back. And if you shop at merchants through Chase’s website, you can increase your reward to as much as 10%.

Chase Freedom® Mastercard - $100 Bonus Cash BackHere is the 2012 bonus cash back schedule for the 5% cash back program:

  • January through March – gas stations and Amazon.com
  • April through June – grocery stores and movie theaters
  • July through September – gas stations and restaurants
  • October through December – hotels, airlines, Best Buy® and Kohl’s

The Chase Freedom® MasterCard – $200 Bonus Cash Back offer will only be available for a limited time. If you plan on spending $500 on a credit card within the next three months, sign up for this offer and earn a cash back bonus plus 1% to 5% cash back.
