Dealing With Two Companies

This article was written by in Credit, Education. Comments Off

I am still in the process of trying to resolve my unaccepted balance transfer to a new Discover Card with a 0% APR offer from my existing Wachovia Visa card (offered by MBNA). I am told this will be resolved within five business days.

It’s also been a major pain dealing with the University of Phoenix Online this year. They have not been billing me correctly and communication with the financial advisors (I am assigned a new one every few months — the turnover must be horrible) has been incredibly frustrating. Their billing problems are causing me more problems due to the fact I have to deal with my company’s tuition reimbursement program.
