Yeah, well, I went ahead and picked up the audiobook version at B&N this evening.

Not because I’m a huge Suze fan, because I’m not. Mostly because I was desperate for a new money audiobook.

WOMEN & MONEY was all I could find.

Say what you want about Suze Orman, she can crank out the vapid books. Ok, I have to admit I haven’t read the book, but based on what I did read, I’m not impressed. I might even be offended if I were a woman.

I’ve always found Suze’s basic advice to be okay, but she’s a little too touchy-feely about finances for my taste. I about tossed one of her books out the window when she started going on about ‘your relationship with your money’ and ‘how you feel about your money’.

Money is math. It is quantiable. I’ll save the nebulous stuff for my spiritual life, thanks.
