		<description>I loved reading this article yesterday.  As a NYC metro area resident, a lot of people have been pressuring me to jump in and at least buy a co-op somewhere.  It&#039;s good to know that the lure of cheap rent isn&#039;t a wholly bad idea.  I may not be building equity, but I am saving plenty for a down payment in a more reasonably priced area of the US.</description>
