I don’t have the time to read through many articles while at work, but here are a few I’ve skimmed and I may want to return to at some point.
* Domain names are hot [CNN] but you may have to buy “used” — and spend some hard cash — to get something good.
* 5 stocks for a heat wave [MSN]. Why can’t they tell us what to buy ahead of time?
* In New York City, you can get a parking space for $900 a month [MSN]. That’s the cost of my apartment rent.
* Many adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) will be up for rate adjustment soon, and that’s going to hit a number of people very hard [MarketWatch]. This could open some buying opportunities…

There are still a lot of good domains out there if you are willing to put the time into it. And they are downright cheap these days – simply putting up a few paragraphs and ads and they will easily pay for themselves. We almost have 100 now…
