Easy loans mean a hard landing later. There’s some talk in the article about the real estate bubble, but more importantly, the way banks are giving loans out to people is likely to create some problems when rates eventually get higher.

Poor Bill. I had my mullet days, too, you know (much later than socially acceptible — ca. 1993, although I did have a hot date for the junior prom).
I started to read the article with a serious, analytical, open mind. However, I only got about two paragraphs in. My mind just cannot wrap itself around believing anything said by a writer who does not know that the mullet is over. That’s not even an ironic mullet circa 2001, it’s a full-on fluffy, blow-dried, moussed man-mullet. Writers for MSN should definitely consider how their hairstyles affect their credibility!
