Out of all of the social and business networking websites, MySpace is probably the ugliest and worst programmed. It’s easy to hack and the templates kids choose for their profiles are horrendous. You are often forced to listen to music or watch videos when pages load.
In addition, the entire premise is destroyed by the company’s founder, Tom, who is automatically added to the list of all new members. The results of this intelligent move is the entire membership being within any one person’s extended network. This renders the site useless for keeping track of your network.
There are intrusive advertisements everywhere.
The problem is that MySpace is a perfect way for a corporation to get in contact with millions of kids. Enter News Corp. By the way, MySpace is only two years old.
