Good luck! For future reference, the best book I've ever read on negotiating is Roger Dawson's "Secrets of Power Negotiating". It's saved me thousands of dollars over the years (probably over $4,000 just on the last house I bought alone), and I see myself using something from the book almost avery month or so. It's also an easy (and often pretty funny) read, and can be found on Amazon for less than $15.
