Profile Pictures (Avatars) in the Comments

If you’ve read comments on articles here at Consumerism Commentary, you may notice that some people have profile pictures or avatars — small representative images — next to the names at the top of the comments. If you’re a frequent commenter here and you want to represent yourself graphically, it’s easy and free. Sign up for a free account at Gravatar.com, and use the same email address you use when commenting. The blogging software here will take the email address you enter on the comment form and query Gravatar’s database.
