		<description>I totally sympathize.  Not only am I the world&#039;s lightest sleeper, when I do wake up in the middle of the night (which is inevitable) it is really difficult for me to get back to sleep!  Immediately, the mind starts racing...  Anyway, thanks for the tips!</description>

		<description>I gotta disagree with number 2 there. I know logistically it makes sense, but I find doing some pushups, situps and a few curls right before bed allows me to doze off easily. Then I wake up, rested, at the same time every morning -- 5 min before my alarm goes off</description>
